THERE IS HOPE

Hope for the brokenhearted

New Hope Church began two weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic swept across our city. We all experienced tremendous loss and grief as a result. But God used the crisis to form this group of believers and seekers into who we are today. We are a church born in suffering for those who are suffering.

“Five years ago I came to this country to study the experience of homeless people…

but in the process, I became homeless. Last year, I lost my accommodation and had to sleep in the subway. I asked God why he brought me here. But now I see that my experience was my university. God was teaching me what so many feel at midnight when they have no place to sleep. If someone told me that a year later that I would be in a better place, I don’t know what I would say. I have so many reasons to be grateful.

Hope for those who feel alone

You do not have to go through life alone. You were made for a relationship with God and a relationship with others. You can find a community with us.

Hope for those who are searching

We know what it’s like to experience a loss of meaning and purpose. But there is hope in Jesus Christ and the possibility of new life. We’d love to share the hope of all the world with you.

“After meeting some of the members at New Hope, I knew it was the perfect place for me to grow in faith. It became my community who accepted where I was in my journey and who patiently and lovingly addressed my curiosity. Though I still find it difficult to label myself as a Christian, I am beginning to find freedom and peace in what I once perceived as an overly rigid religious structure.”

We are a multicultural church that loves to share hope. The hope of Jesus. The hope of community. The hope of new life.
